Additional Information:

I went to elixrs discord to purchase and animated signature, i gave the details and paid EXTRA above the amount they usually charge for my order. As i was sympathetic that my order was niche etc.

Anyway i received the product whilst i was asleep so i was unable to confirm its final design, this was where the ticket was assigned as ‘complete’. I then headed to V1s dms to get the changes, this was because it had been delivered lacking specific features and layouts that i had requested in detail.

Specifically rotating star features on slide 2s button.

The actual background just being plain unlike how i requested it to be like my reference

These are simply false allegations and an ttempt to gain attention through untrue claims, all while demonstrating a lack of credibility as both a designer and an individual.
I simply consider this to be defamation.

It is crucial to provide a factual account of the situation to clarify any misconceptions. @LotusDesign claims that the delivery of their animated signature took an excessive amount of time and requests a refund. However, we would like to highlight several key points:

1. Order Timeline:
   • On the 19th of September, @LotusDesign placed an order for an animated signature.
     
   • The very next day, on the 20th of September, we promptly delivered the requested signature.
     
   • Since the delivery, there were no further requests for revisions from @LotusDesign through our designated ticketing system.
     
     
2. Communication Protocol:
   • Our terms of service clearly state that all communication must be conducted through the designated ticketing system. This ensures efficient tracking and resolution of any concerns.
     
   • @LotusDesign reached out to me via DM on the 7th of October, providing a screen recording of their conversation with our worker, Vision, expressing dissatisfaction and requesting a refund. This communication method was not in adherence to our established protocol.
     

Additionally, we feel compelled to bring to light certain facts regarding @LotusDesign actions:

@LotusDesign previously purchased his own logo design from @ApolloArt and initiated a dispute for a refund, subsequently making another purchase via an alternate account.
@LotusDesign has stolen and copied @asthyx thread design for personal use.

Elixr first mentions that i stated ‘claims that the delivery of their animated signature took an excessive amount of time and requests a refund’

He then goes to claim this is untrue because the product was ordered on the 19th and received on the 20th. I can confirm that i received a signature late at night on the 20th, when i was asleep, upon which V1 moved the ticket to the completed tickets category.

As V1 had not confirmed the design with me, nor shown me any previews this was not completed. So when i got the chance i messaged him my changes. The changes highlighted where he had failed to take into account key requests i had made during the design process. Upon which he agreed to make the changes, he didn’t ask for more he didn’t request money, this is because he had failed to deliver the final and desired product to me.

He then has taken weeks with no progress to do said changes, where he emphasises. how he will finish etc. And to no avail he hasn’t.

If i commission builders to build my house. I request 4 bedrooms, 2 toilets and the general house structure. And they give me a house with no roof, no windows, 2 bedrooms and half a toilet, that isn’t my house. I paid for what i specified and that is not why i received. Furthermore as a STATIC graphic designer myself i was emphatic enough to suggest paying extra because I’m a carrying individual who understands how underpaid designers can be.

Addressing your claims i violated TOS by messaging a designer:

If violating tos in such a way is such hinders efficiency and progress, please mention why V1, who is a manager in your server, who holds the same role as you and another individual, failed to direct me back to a ticket, is this truly because his intentions were never to deliver my desired product, but yet run off with my hard earned money???

Now onto your accusations which have NO GROUNDS, to be shared or be involved in this deal dispute.

You first mention that i stole your logo, as you can clearly see in your screenshots i was gracious, polite and understanding. I removed my use of the logo, i apologised. I stood nothing to gain, i didn’t know it was associated with your brand neither do i remember where i found it. I had used it for the best part of 4 hours before you contacted me.

My use of accounts is in no violation of any site TOS and therefore is not needed to be mentioned. The logo from @ApolloArt was ages ago and his designer didn’t fulfil my order request and failed to produce the product of which i had described in intricate detail. A refund was initiated and was dealt with on a different forum and HAS NO GROUNDS HERE, and since then i have purchased a different one from him of which the quality was perfect.

I have not stolen or copied asthyxs thread design please provide proof of this @elixr

Additionally, my desire for this dispute is driven purely by the crusade for truth and the re imbursement of my money. I see to show the poor handling your staff, managers and your designers have shown

You can't claim that I take too long if you don't even tell me you need anything changed.

@LotusDesign did not communicate their dissatisfaction with the signature until today. There was no prior contact or messages through the designated ticket system regarding any issues. I had assumed that the project was concluded.
 
I'm perplexed by the sudden request for a refund after over three weeks of no direct communication or ticket messages expressing dissatisfaction from @LotusDesign. It seems ridiculous to now claim a refund on the grounds of time delays without any prior notice or attempt to contact me whatsoever.

Will be my last message. Will wait for @Liars and @Darkness. No point to waste more time for this fraud and skid of a "designer".

I can fully well claim It took too long because it did, why would i communicate that with you when im trying to get the designer to do the changes. I contacted the designer consistently to get my changes done, upon which he didn’t, and then i showed you that he didn’t.

My dissatisfaction is how my requests were not met, and how my ACTUAL product was not delivered. I attempted to receive my product, that is what i wanted, hence i was contacting the designer, you can’t design my product, the designer i paid can. Now so much time has passed that i just want my money back.
