To the staff/moderators looking at this, I am not sure when Apollo will be available as he has some irl situations he needs to handle. I will reply for him since he is not available atm.
I mentioned previously in our conversation up in the ticket that you didn't show, why I could not confirm it was you. You gave me 2-3 wrong txids on payments and there was alot of misinformation about the situation you told us about. Basically I could not confirm that it was you. That is the reasoning for the wait. I also said lets wait for winter, as he could look further back into our previous deals then I could at the time. Let's keep in mind that we have thousands of tickets to go through not just a quick search can find the all of the information we needed to confirm it was you.
I would also like to mention that you can see and could see previously, Christian was no longer apart of the service.
My last point for now is if someone claims your ticket yesterday then my guess is that he is still working on it.

I could provide the transcript if needed but basically we waited for him for months and i just want to say we dont just magically have time. I/We accept works individually based on our schedules and i was going to fix problems which needs time because the old developer was now gone.
Now i just need him to send me code for the host.
Update : I already fix most of the issues he has. Just waiting for the DNS to get fixed 24-48 hours.

We've already invested ten hours into this issue, and it's frustrating that despite being online and having the opportunity to claim the ticket, there was no response whatsoever. A simple acknowledgment of being busy would have sufficed. Currently, he's addressing the problems, and we'll observe how things progress.
If you'd like to respond on his behalf due to his real-life commitments, please go ahead. However, kindly refrain from rehashing everything with me. Your name isn't listed on the report, so any feedback or information should be directed to Apollo.

I am an owner of Olympus. I will reply on his behalf as an owner. The information and feedback are directed back at Olympus not just Apollos name. I was simply explaining why it takes time to reply. And as I showed in the previous image he did give you acknowledgment more then once. Saying "hey don't leave me hanging so I could help you out. don't take alot of time since I have exams". Anyways moving forward... situation is being handled.

If that's the case, At least respond to my ticket withing 5 days but you never did. While he did mention having exams on the 27th of September, this was only mentioned once, and aside from that, he hasn't appeared to be occupied in our direct messages. With all due respect, I believe that continuing this discussion here may not be the most effective way to resolve the issue.
