It's ridicolous OP for me, of corse i mean new E and R of garen, it's still on PBE but when it hits live it will be disaster.
Any thoughts about it?

It's not OP. If you want to go all-in with your E then you have to build some items (like guinsoo, BOTRK or any other with on-hit effect), and by this way you will become a paper.

for me garen needs 1 or 2 items max for tank sometimes, he is tanky by himself

its normal in league, riot always makes something and than insta nerf, there is not much champs which was only a little balanced when coming live

New pantheon is useless AF. Old Panth was dealing 2x more dmg with his q and it was point-and-click.

That's the point they sometimes need to make champs less brainless, so you need to more learn about champ and have enough skill for using specyfic champ
