I have export chat logs willing to send staff on Telegram, chat shows valuable data such as API key, payment information & API documentation. I also have screenshots what I'm willing to provide to show more in depth detail.

Additional Information:
The developer: @thatmasterguy
The middleman/service owner: @BiaccShopI paid for a Telegram bot which should be completed with in "14 days", we then extended the date to "16 days" 
User then did not refund me when dead line met, 2 hours before dead line I revoked API key due it the developer not even making one API request in 16 days.
The developer did not give many updates, did not speak to me about updates, I always needed to ask. I have not got the bot, source code or anything else. It's been 16 days and I want refunding.

In screenshot above he also states he will try finish on 29/10/2023, guess what, once again, didnt complete..

I have many more screenshots/chat-exports and more.
The group chat is also live and still up.

TLDR: Finished project supposed to be completed, I have not even saw LIVE PREVIEW VIDEO or not even accessed the bot! I don't even know how tf it works.. No source code.. No video.. only couple screenshots.. I offered to give VPS to host bot.. so I can see.. guess what.. nothing?! Waited 16 days for nothing.. They try to make excuse that because I revoked API key 2 hrs before dead line that its my fault.. He has had API key for weeks.. Not one request.. Not single one request!

I do not trust the work of these unprofessional children. I do not trust the integrity of the service they provide. I would like a refund.
They was happy to take my money, but not happy to finish the product or refund.. Guess what that sounds like.. Sounds like rippers who do it for the money, not for the reputation..

I said many times, I was unhappy with service because of no updates etc, but I trusted the words and waited 16 days.. Bad decision... 16 days.. NOTHING.

All they can say is I revoked API key 2 hours before deadline.. Guess what? He had API key for long time.. No requests.. No test calls.. No live preview.. Not even single video.. Only four pictures of user interface of bot.. lol..

@thatmasterguy is lazy. NEVER EVER WORK WITH HIM! Bad developer! Does not help and always say "tomorrow I do this, tomorrow I do that", tomorrow comes, guess what? Nothing once again, lol.

@BiaccShop supposed to be middleman for running service. He does not care about refund or project quality. He just wants to keep the money. He very greedy like hungry dog. Do NOT deal.

1) I never said I had no updates. I said I had very limited and always needed to ask for updates.. I had no live preview or no video preview.. Only few screenshots. Nothing showing that the backend features work. Only had front end updates.. Anyone can do front end updates.. even me. I paid for back end work.

When the dead line dead has already passed.. So the deadline has passed and you expect me to wait even more time? While he finishes another project? Thats why I revoked the API key..

3) He has had access to the API for days/weeks.. The proof is shown above.. Unfortunately, they have been very tense throughout the 16 days, and claimed to have deleted their API key. If they don't provide the API key, we cannot deliver the product.
