Also for clearing, i am making long story short.
He bought bitsa from me and before i deliver the account he confirms me that he is gonna deposit the account with fraud cc. stolen AirBnB scam cc.
I warned him that this type of activity can ban an account.

I delivered the account and as he claims he instantly deposited $150 on a fresh account after loginin to a new device. and was using a vpn
and on shop TOS which is attached to the thread its mentioned about warranty policy.

but he said that he didnt see the tos. so i resent him the tos again.

And Agreed to replace the account again.

For the replace account I was verifying the account using his phone number and email.

I paste the password to his dm cause there is a chance i forget it. and forbade him to login yet and wait a bit.

while i am doing the verification he went ahed and deposited 50 euro as he claims. He claims he deposited as BTC
but BTC 3 confirmation takes 30 min atleast and after the confirmation bitsa takes atleast an hour to deposit the amount to the account. But he claimed he deposited that with btc during the time period which didnt even been 30 min yet. so he was lying about the deposit or deposit method.
and account got closed 2 reason cause he logged in to the acc from a diff ip while verifying it ( i already forbade him ) and deposited to the account with fraud payment i assume. I asked him ss to provide him support and he went ahed and was abusing and spamming me at the same time.

But i still provided him the support how can he unban it. but he ignored it completely.

If there is my mistake in any point lmk.

First of all There is no such option like delete an account on bitsa app. If anyone wish to delete it he must do it contacting the support via email which is time consuming. and not instant like you have said.

Also the reply from the support is so much Fakish. cause i never saw an option to delete a bitsa acc from the app.

and I already have evidence that you spent the money from first account via VCC. So the transaction link you pasted here which you claim the money has been spent. Its totally bullshit and made up. cause you have no option to spend the money as crypto from a bitsa app

And the transaction links you pasted doesnt confirm they are transacted to bitsa. cause We do not know bitsa adresses. and its random for every wallet.

So I am doubting you so much. and Your evidences are enough to disproof you.
