Additional Information: i paid 3650$ to lyme for ipv6 proxies monthly for hotmail and it only worked for 1day and then down he isnt responding to me now and ignoring its already been 15+ days, he gave me 50% refynd when i created a scam report and said that close the thread ill gove u proxies or rest refund in 1 - 2 days but i didnt got anything, he broke my trust idk why i closed the report i want rest refund

so here is what i've done,
i've provided a 50% refund,
i've provided him a  new server with 15 days but now he doesnt want he says it has problems with skipping i've sold over 5-10+ servers and thats the first thing i am hearing abt skipping.
