Additional Information: We exchanged fiat currency via instant transfer on several occasions. The last exchange of 1500 euros was a problem because he was supposed to send me 1425€ but he only sent me 1245€. He justifies himself by saying that he had a problem with his coinbase and therefore it's not his fault. He finally agreed to pay, giving me deadlines that they never met. He then went back on his argument based on the fact that it's not his fault that coinbase asked for checks and that despite the 5% advertised on his service, it's 10% that you have to pay !!! He told me this well after the exchange, indicating that I'd have to pay 5% + the purchase fees on his side, and that I'd have to give him some money back. He ended up deleting the whole exchange after several days of asking and arguing. I'm putting up the last important exchanges, but in case of need I have screenshots of absolutely 100% of the messages, as well as screenshots recording under OBS, which are complete. I also have all the transactions and any necessary proof to back up my claims. He even told me he had to steal money from business accounts to pay me back! It's crazy!

1. When I announced "perfect" m, it was simply because you were able to pay 1245 out of the 1425, i.e. a large part when it was supposed to be instantaneous and it was done more than 24h after finally hence my contentment that it's starting to unlock. But I never forgot the missing 180 euros, just like you, and we'll see why etc in the next few points.
2. You say you don't cover the platforms' costs, but that's only after purchase! This is total scam because you advertise a % e 5% on your offer without indicating that ru doesn't cover the costs of buying crypto, which is illegal but also very unfair to the competition. You say it's 5%, so the customer pays 5%, it's that simple.
3. You announce that you have a problem with Coibase that also seems to be false in nature! In fact, you say that the transaction was carried out (transfer to my crypto address) but then disappeared! Except that we learn directly from you a few tens of minutes later that there's an error message when you want to carry out a crypto transfer. 3 VERY BIG PROBLEMS HERE.
A - you show a screenshot and an explanation of the error that has absolutely no connection with what you encountered before. This very message blocks all buying and selling, and in no way could you have seen the transaction go through and then this error message arrive because this procedure doesn't exist at Coinbase! You only showed an error message from another account.
B - the most obvious. The message says you can't buy or sell, so there's no connection with the crypto transfer! What's more, you announce that you have the option of selling the crypto at extra cost, but the problem in question is supposed to prevent you from doing so! So you can do what you say you can't do and your proofs and you can't do what you're supposed to be able to do?!
C - let's imagine that it really happened even if the screenhots you send totally prove the contrary. You had €1425 on coinbase. You announce in the chat that you're making a credit card sale to your revolut. That's 2% in fees, so you're left with €1,396.5. You then buy crypto on the platform you mention (moonpay) for 4.5%, so that's 1333.6€ worth of crypto. What happened to the 88.6€? (Even though we know it's all fake from A to Z).
4. You announce several times (cf screenshots and video of the whole discussion) to pay me back soon or even I got the message "I pay you now" but I never received anything. You're aware of this due but you realized you didn't want to pay like a rat and so you flipped. You've got to pay me, man.
5. A few bonuses for the icing on the cake. He criticizes his own customers privately in the chat because they only receive 95% of their money and not 100%, like me by the way and I'm yres nice because I've never received the right amount but always 1 to 5€ less! (1242€ for that matter!)
He manipulates me and even threatens me because I supposedly made a request for reimbursement of a transfer and so his revolut account was limited for a while when it turns out to be 100% false and he realized it. Run away, he threatened me from one day to the next even though I did nothing wrong.

What I really want is a refund of the 180€ (even if it's 190€ or more that he owes me).

Yes, I also paid more than I had to for almost all the exchanges and still claim. Thank you for your comment which supports part of what I said @Sigma. It's really time to take responsibility and refund my 180 euros @egirl, I've been kind and patient but you've wished to delete the discussion.
