Amount or Item(s) Scammed: 4.5$ 20-30$ balanced lety shop account

Additional Information: i purchased a letyshop acc on his shop, the acc was valid but balance was 0 so he replaced, the replacement was 0$ too so he replaced again, finally get a hit with money followed exactly the method he gave to cashout (the method need a mail bomber and he dont give any so if u fail cashout its "your" fault but he dont tell before giving the acc that you need a bomber... so i did everything etc and now its been 5 days and i still dont have any cashout received from letyshop to my paypal acc...

I never said the cashout is guaranteed, I had customers that cashed out successfully and others that didn't I guess the little french boy didn't have the luck on his side and letyshop banned the account. You dont say cashout guaranteed but you give fucking cashout method after purchasing WITHOUT the requirement, so basically when you have your account and your logged in, ur just fucked because it send noti to the account email and you cant bomb it because Toner dont give an email bomber...
