I purchased an Ozan Superplan bank off Mitzy on 26th October 2023.

Account was working fine up until 19th November 2023. Where the app forced logged me out due to "too many attempts" and was notified it had been logged in elsewhere.

I contacted Mitzy for the OTP code so I could get back into the account. Only he has access to the number associated to the account and at the start of the deal he said that I could ask for the OTP at any time if I needed it.

A week went by and he is making excuses that he is at "war". My friend messaged him on 23rd November asking if he could buy an Ozan account, Mitzy welcomed him to buy one. Yet he says to me he's at war and doesn't have access to the number. Almost a week goes by and Mitzy is using the same excuse that he doesn't have the sim with him, yet he can make new accounts and has logged into C.to so he is active regardless of the fact that hes telling me he cant access his computer?

I have attached screenshots of all communication. He is stating that the account has got 2 weeks warranty, which is fair enough. However he is refusing to provide the OTP to prove if the account has been shut down or not.

He did not give me email access.


He is replying on this thread yet still does not want to me to log in via the SIM which he has.

You never said to me"I dont usually keep the sims with me over a month". First of all is has not been a month and secondly of all check Image 2 where you say if I need help you can log in at "any time"

Why are you still refusing to provide the otp?
