Additional Information: My orders at hydraboxing.club keeps failing. My most recent order was for a FTIDv3 UPS drop, but it failed and became LIT instead. Owner admit that its fault on their end. But this keeps happening for pretty much all my orders.
I have total of 7 orders on their new website, 5 of these has been refunded because failed. On their old website even more. I understand that their TOS says there are no refunds, but what am I supposed to do when I deposit money thinking I will be able to use their services, but each time I place an order it fails and then several weeks later it gets refunded. Like it makes no sense that he can hide behind "no refunds" in his TOS, but each time I order and it gets failed I have to contact their support, which is rude as fuck and he keeps feeding lies about my order before he even knows what happened, just to make it sound like they did nothing bad. I have screenshots saved from this as well, and at one point he even said "Alright since you’re abusive you won’t get any further reply. So as mentioned, I know TOS says no refunds. But I am making a claim that they are scamming me now. How many more times am I supposed to place an order, just for it to fail, then have to spend hours fighting with their support and then end up getting the order refunded? And what happens here is also my refunds fail because their service fail, and I have to wait 2+ weeks until I get refunded from them so that I can make a new order, and thensame thing just happens again and again.
If owner can't provide a ftid service as he is advertising, then I want my money withdrawed from the platform to my crypto wallet. To just have the money on their website makes no sense, when I can't use it for what they are advertising it for.
