So the accounts basically never worked and were downgraded after a couple of days. This is not a "lifetime" Netflix account, it is a 3d Netflix account, and then it stops working.
I come home from work and I want to watch something on Netflix, and every single god damn time they are downgraded.
Over the period of a couple of months, the account stopped working over 10 and that is just when I noticed it because I want to watch a god damn movie on Netflix.
I literally never got to watch anything on the site because it was always downgraded. And the seller hasn't answered me for weeks after the last downgrade, either.
I want my money back, I am not able to use the product that has been provided to me, and the service delivered is atrocious 
I tried to reach out to the seller multiple times to find a solution. But offering me half the money back for a product that never worked isn't fair and even though they kept being friendly, this service quality is not tolerable.

First of all, I am not informed about your discord being termed and I wrote you multiple days before your discord was termed. Secondly I do not want any more replacements. They are not working longer than 3d. The product purchased is not usable. I want to be refunded

Just because you wrote it in your TOS, doesnt mean I have to accept a repalcement every 3 days. This is not a functional product.

Besides that your TOS state "high quality upgrades" and "unlikely event of downtime" this is clearly neither a high quality upgrade nor are the downtimes unlikely. They happen literally 3 days after the upgrade. Every single time.

only netflix unstable, random downgrade, btw you bought it 5months ago.
also tos, 1- There might be issues at times with our methods, and there might be a downfall of your account, but until the warranty is available we shall fix it for you.
2- To avail a fix, open the ticket in replacement, provide ticket details and account details.

In the 4 months the 2 accounts collectively worked for like 10 days. And I did notify you about this numerous times. This is not a working product
