I paid this user around 1000$ for a refund of a 2500$ item. 

He keeps wanting more money, I said all I have that I can pay is 100$. He at first said: "what no wtf what the hell", then I said: "that's all I can pay sadly", he said 100eur and sent his address. 

You literally agreed to the 100$ and sent your address. 

You have been threatening me with a re-bill for over half a year even though I already paid you around 1000$ for the refund. 

Im actually glad you opened this scam report, because im done with you. I wont pay a single dollar more.
