Additional Information: So, i bought a fully handmade verified usa paypal business account from his shop for 55, he delivered it after 2 days and the go2bank didnt work so he said me to wait and never said anything again, and now the paypal is unverified again. he says he cant do anything but the warranty picture says something else. i would like a refund.

This is clearly inspected edited, ive sold tons of accounts and i never had any problem with any customer, this guy is just trying to get free money after using an account for 2 weeks then limiting it

bro it litterally said NaN, you just changed it to a number when i opened this scam report.
