- You will receive a generic email after roughly 24 hours asking for photographic evidence regarding this, you will simply attatch the photo from Step 1, make sure that the photo shows the can in full, ideally showing the experiation date.

- They will review the case and roughly after 7 days they will apologise emensely and offer to provide you with a crate of the monster you said was 'bad'. Some of them may ask for an address but if you put your address in Step 2 then they will either confirm that address or simply just send it.
