contacted him on telegram he said he can;t do anything about it until trancation is confirmed it's been more htan 1 day and i sent him video proof transaction id screenshots of me sending transaction being confirmed & screen of his website saying it didnt get anything. and i looked the past 1-2 day it seem not only me got some problems on his website.

despite the fact that I have shown several proven facts that I am sending money, he assumes that no because it says no payment detected. despite also that this is exactly the reason why I opened the ticket because I can't find any help on why it says payment not detect even tho I had send the money ... & and coinbase told me if I paid and its shows not detected to contact the owner and gave me this email:  <[email protected]> so i contacted this email and all the supports i could find. & since he says coinbase is not showen him the adress of the invoice he cant confirm if i really sent with all the video/picture/blockchain proofs i sent. but anyways i wont bring this any longer for 50us and waste our time more than that so its cool thank you.
