Account structure
I tried to get in touch with the seller several times, even thought of solving the problem myself so as not to annoy the seller, yet - Its literally not my business to provide a verified Acc.
I do not have the experience of creating, running and keeping them alive.
I can only tell about the banking point of view in Germany, based on experience and same goes for handling with those Accs.
Crypto address for refund:
On request, preferably I would like the problem fixed, or any other kind of solution worth the amount I paid.
As I said, the seller is a good one, no hate or anything negative to say! I initially tried to avoid this Dispute.
Possible solutions from my side:
1. Fix the account based on your experience
2. Replace it with a verified account where I have full access (which I do now), but it should be verified with TaxID as well. Otherwise the account is useless in 80 days. That is why I have not initiated any transaction.
3. Get in touch with me offline and try to find a proper replacement, which is then not BunQ - but a similar item, similar value.
4. Refund

- I bought the account, unfortunately the link is old, which is more or less an item that is no longer listed in the "real" product list. I clicked on the banner, saw the product and bought it.
Seller responded, told me that its not possible to provide this account
Was willing to help; after a lot of chit-chat we agreed on BunQ DE account and he gifted me a PayPal account.
- The only problem I had was not being able to run the Nox player properly because of the Mac M1, which is not supported.
- I found a solution later and installed Windows on my old MacBook from 2014.
- After opening BunQ, I saw that it was running in trial product mode.
- Furthermore, and this is the most important point - the account does NOT have a TaxID entered, which is mandatory due to European banking regulations, as you could potentially earn interest
Account structure
- BunQ per se. NL based
- Account opened in German legal entity of BunQ - just what I need
- Account holder living in Germany
- Account holder born in Poland
- Product: Trial - which is probably why there is only one VCC in it
- Tax ID: Not entered in the initial account opening process, so it was skipped - therefore BunQ provides 90 days to enter it manually.
- Not sure if BaFin (kind of SEC of Germany) will check this, I guess not.
- First of all: He is a good, professional seller - I can still recommend him, he was still helpful and tried to find a solution for the Revolut problem.
- Unfortunately, for the BunQ account, his answer was not so satisfying.
- He said that TAX is not part of their service.
- I see it differently because I bought a fully verified account where entering the TAX ID is one of the most mandatory information.
- Otherwise, and this is what my research taught me: They will freeze the account and not let you use it.
- First he said ignore it - just use the account, in about 81 days we will find a solution, which is not a solution for me. It is postponing a problem to the future.
