So. I see no other choice anymore as to report this guys or to whom ever I talked probably to five different people.
13.01 ordered an REPLACEMENT. 14.01 got an message that "he" is on it.
ONE week of hearing nothing I asked how's going on?
HIs answer was that he will make it tomorrow. He did and sended me some screenshots where the service said that the replacement is confirmed.

(and yeah I'm pretty sure he did here absolutely no pressure :D)

After another one week I got no confirmation and I said every couple days that I got no confirmation.

Since the 2 weeks were over I had anyway no chance anymore to give the phone back without getting charged because this shop gives only 14 days for money back guarantee.
So I wrote on 29.01 the service because they will and they did charged me for the phone even I didnt got the new phone.
Here is where the service clearly says that upon phone arrival I will get my money back.

I wrote them again on 30.01 and got finally the replacement and the confirmation about the replacement within 5 minutes.
So I got finally the replacement with my own work and thought the thing is done but NOPE. Here's the joke.

Customer approached us for a O2.de (O2 Germany) order for a replacement.

Customer filled out the form on the 14th of January. https://ibb.co/qyFjH0p

First messages aren't visible anymore, because customer had a 1 week deletion activated on telegram. The messages we do have show we answered within a timely manner though. https://ibb.co/z2f7TBc

Apparently the Replacement wasn't sent out yet and the customer asked us to talk to them on the 29th again.

Customer then proceeded to talk to them himself on the 29th of January.

We did our service and the customer talked to them himself instead. Customer fucked himself on the order because he thought it would be a nice idea to talk to the company himself. Customer still owes us for the service we did but is now refusing to pay us because of his own failure.

Phone arrived 13.01 (I even still have the receipt) and on the same day I fullfilled the order and not on 14.01.
On 14.01 one of your "guys" wrote me "I'm on it" and ONLY JUST ON THE FUCKING 22.01 you wrote me that the RTS is done.
So you literally did 7-8 days absolutely NOTHING.
I said CLEARLY to you that you have only 14 days.
I was already charged for the phone as you can see on the screen above where stands SECOND rate from XX

You NEVER got the replacement because you were already to late!
But for somehow you dont understand this and still means that I failed here.
27.01 was the last day of return and you failed it.

Now I'm paying for TWO phones and its your job to clearify this shit.

EDIT: FOR SURE he forgot to say something about the RTS SCAN which doesnt work anymore in DE.

Here he tells him that I ordered an refund what never was the case because in this situation an refund wasn't possible.
I even explained him WHY but he absolutely dont gave a fuck and tries to blame me for his failure.
The whole explanation is on telegram there are all proves you can do absolutely nothing against your failure.

After all this shit and lies I absolutely have enough and give you last chance to clearify the replacement without any FURTHER charge from the shop for the first phone (which is never arrived).

Of course in the end its not mine decision but I think people saw now your true face.

Yes which is specifically why we showed the screenshot that we started our method with our guy on the 15th. we couldn't do anything earlier because we need to wait until that is done.

This is super irrelevant. Our window of making a claim about their delivery doesn't just close because your return window is closed. How do you think that would work out?

"Your product has not arrived with you, but we cant help you out anymore because your return window is closed."

That sounds ridiculous even typing that out. You were told multiple times that everything is fine we just have to talk to O2 and tell them to issue the replacement, but you told us to contact them on the 29th which we were about to. (Keep in mind you even got them to send you the replacement ON the 29th which you claim to be impossible because its failed?) But because you were impatient you fucked up the order yourself and are now stuck with paying for 2 phones. You came to us for a refunding service, talked to them yourself, fucked up the order and now opened a scam report.

What exactly did we scam here btw? Its not like you paid the fee? You wrote them yourself thought you can do it better than us and now you are stuck with getting billed for 2 phones.

I will say it again, you don't know what you are talking about, RTS is very much working in DE and I literally have your tracking showing RTS and im actually willing to share that with @Liars if he wants proof of that.

I did not lie, you threaten me by saying "Or I open an report which I of course will win" which got me thinking if this is actually true, so I messaged Liars and asked if a customer can just pay for my expenses and leave without paying my fee, it was not a reference to you or this case, I genuinely wanted to know what the rules of cracked are in these cases not only for you but for any future troublesome customers I may face, I even asked Lucas the exact same question to learn the rules over at nulled as well.




On a finishing note, I've wasted quite some time writing all these and collecting proof and I dont wan to spend more time. I just want a mod to choose so I can move on.

Edit: He says that the history was deleted cause of MINE 1w self destroyer. Nope. He deleted the whole conversation and set the destroyer to 5 MONTHS because when you change the destroyer BOTH user are informed about that but he deleted this information. I even wrote you I dont know now what to believe because this is really unusual.
