Additional Information: On the store description it says "in stock", "full account details are sent immediately to your email after payment confirmation" and "within 48-72h or faster". So thought I will get instant or most likely in a few days.
Bought on Monday evening, messaged him on Thursday evening because 72h almost over. He said his colleague will deliver it soon. Still didn't get it on Thursday. He wrote on Friday morning that I will get delivered until the end of the day most likely. Still nothing and now it's weekend so doubt I will receive it. Want a refund now as it's clearly not in stock and not delivered in the desired time frame.

He said again he will send it today. Nothing so far. But that's also what he has been saying the whole time... 
He also didn't have a compromise. 

This is going nowhere. He will keep saying "can deliver it today" and does nothing. He has the money and didn't return it.

Again: He was supposed to deliver it within 72hrs. He then said multiple times it will be delivered until EOD. Nothing until today. Either keep your word and deliver it TODAY (since you say it could be delivered) or refund it if you can't do it...
