Additional Information: He was advertising a 100% guaranteed refund if his bets didnt hit (they didnt) and he has just ignored me since november. he does not care and has scammed many other people. his other account on cracked is @paranoia and he is already banned for scamming. the bet was on November 21st Eagles VS KC and it was over 41.5 total. score was 38

This still isn't any proof at all now your just talking off-topic. The ip is a vpn ip from miami and I don't live in miami im there for vacation. You placed a bet from one of my piers giving it to you and you lost the bet. Betting has risks and you took the risk and lost it. Your just a multi account who decided to troll a little bit today.

Im aware gambling has its risks. The deal dispute is on you and not the gambling site. You were offering 100% refunds if the bet lost, in return for a percent of the profit. Dont offer that if you arent going to honor it
