Hello, We are still looking to rent paypal accounts, this is a detailed thread so we don't have to talk much in telegram.
Requirements:
- PayPal must be aged
- It must be a business account
- Must have some transactions
- You must be reputed on c.Io
How its done:
We provide you an RDP and you login your account, We then use your account to send invoices to our clients, You take 5% of the whole revenue every month (More than 10K)

We do business consulting, providing our clients with businesss advices in all domains, Its completely white hat.
Our priviliges:
We pay for refunds
We take care of any fees
We can long term bussiness partners (The agency have been renting paypals for 9 years)
