it has taken this seller, 1 week to produce a spreadsheet that has what I have told him in the first screenshot :/
is this acceptable?? if you spend 2.1K on a project you expect a spreadsheet not only to be made before payment 
but after a week you expect WORK to be done not a spreadsheet

So after a week+ of doing absolutely no work, he decides to say he underestimated the work??
the pages he is saying is the same pages I gave him in the original scope, nothing has been added on
but the features of each page, so he has accepted payment without fully understanding the scope and wasted a week+ 
of my time...

99.99% of people at this point will be scratching their heads, this seller is completely irresponsible and should not be selling
so he was given three options, refund, complete the work or things can get legal

We went back and forth, saying a refund was needed, they said no, a fraud case was opened via revolut
since they did not want to comply, after this case was opened, the seller messaged back trying to re-negotiate

The re-negotiation was accepted, as it was slim chance of getting money back from him anyways
a separate backend developer, him and another partner was invited to a group chat to better organize and communicate ideas

As you can tell by this dispute existing this deal didn't go well

After a while, he does some figma work, showing me UI designs,
he is asked everyday for progress, considering the previous deal had failed due to his incompetence
it was made sure he is doing his work everyday, we wasn't trying to wait another week for nothing to be done

So after a week later, has only done about 4 pages out of the 21 pages... what? 4 pages out of 21???
During all this, he has gotten his bank blocked due to rightfully scamming us, a fraud case has been opened up against him.
There is a low chance of the money being returned, he is currently trying to renegotiate a new deal for only UI...
I'm currently tired of pursuing.. 

He has complained about his bank being locked, attempts was made to remove it so he can continue working on the project, but as of recently
he has become even more suspicious and untrustworthy, if I am to lose 1.7K at least ban this clown from the platform 


Additional Information:
The seller has been told to either refund 1,000$ (not even the full amount) or 
to complete the full work - he has declined to, even though 4 pages for 700 is incredibly outlandish (175 per page)

He requires me to remove the fraud complaint which I will not happen under any circumstances as I 
1. Already attempted to do this before the only reason why the case is moving forward is because he wont complete the work, I cannot trust him enough to remove this complaint (https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1...2275f271f&)

2. The seller does not have my trust at all, he was paid 2.1K for a job, he agreed, didn't deliver, refunds 400, we agree on another easier scope, he doesn't complete even 20% of the job at hand

An ideal outcome is that the work is done as paid for and this can be forgotten about

You give this information to everyone who tries to pay you, this isn't what a dox is, this is your payment information, without this you are unable to be paid, if this constitutes as a dox then this is the same as saying your crypto wallet address constitutes as a dox... its up to you if you want to reply or not, the screenshots i've provided cannot be traced to you, the administrators should see an unbiased view of this, all traceable info displayed here has been edited and blurred out anyways

also an update:
He has removed all figma pages so now it is 0 out of 21 pages, i dont have access to them so i want a full refund
on other forums he is also deal with caution, seems like he is known for being unprofessional

Hello,

The initial job was 4,600$ for the custom dashboard (front-end and back-end). The landingpage is a Webflow template so that already was done.

However, @ReindeerIC fails to note that the original project description did not include all features that were later described. My backend collegue backed out of this deal after he noticed the features have drasticly increased: https://imgur.com/a/O4VXWcD

@ReindeerIC is trying to frame it like i messaged him to re-negotiate after a fraud case was opened on Revolut, but this is not true. This means the fraud case has been opened against me after I started the work. I dont know why @ReindeerIC is trying to make it look like I only started work due to the fraud case, but thats simply not true.


After I found out of this fraud case I immeadialty contacted @ReindeerIC about this and asked him to close it. I still think @ReindeerIC does not understand WHAT he has opened. I think he thought he would open a charge back/deal dispute on Revolut like you can do on PayPal, but instead, he filed a national fraud report against me. That means the national fraud department of my country is asking me questions about the 2,100$ and the rest of my transactions, they have frozen my bank account, my PayPal account blocked, and I am on a national black list for all banks, next to criminals like drug dealers and money launderers. I, ofcourse don't want this, so I asked @ReindeerIC to close it. He was super hesitant about it and told me to just work on the product and finish it. Once it is finished the fraud case will be closed. But once again, I want this open fraud case closed BEFORE I continue working on this project.

However, on 03/20/2024, I got notified from my bank that the fraud case has not been withdrawn. It has been more than a week since @ReindeerIC has "withdrawn" the fraud case, so now I am thinking there is ill intent in this whole story by him trying to get me to finish the product, all the while the fraud case is open.

Once I found this out, i told @ReindeerIC I am stopping working on the project until the fraud case is fully closed and me, my bank, and the fraud department has an official confirmation of this. I have sent staff a screenrecording of our whole chat for transparency to show what kind of toxic person you are trying to threaten me every single day and trying to ruin my life. You are a sick person. Even though you know what effect a fraud case has on a person you still continue this.

You have stated before that you think I am 15 years old, yet you are still threatening me with things like "you cant get a loan, you cant get a job, you cant buuy a house". You are SICK in your mind. The person from the fraud department, who called me, has stated the same thing. They are confused as to why a fraud case has been opened over a business dispute. @ReindeerIC you have open a FRAUD COMPLAINT. not a Business Dispute. You are absolutely mental for thinking I am continueing working on your project while my bank has blacklisted me, there is an open fraud complaint against me, and my PayPal has been blocked.

Now for the solution and to make things easier:
- I have received 2,100$.
- 400$ has been refunded.
- So that means 1,700$ is for the ui/ux and front-end

I am willing to:
- Finish the UI/UX of the dashboard and refund the 600$ for the front-end development of the dashboard.

or

- Refund another 1000$ for the front-end of the dashboard AND the unfinished UI/UX of the dashboard. 

or

- Refund nothing and finish the UI/UX and front-end development of the dashboard for 1700$.

However, before I do any of these, I want the fraud case to be withdrawn and I want my bank, the fraud department and me to receive an official confirmaton of that. NOT a live chat screenshot, because that clearly did not work last time. I can not trust you with an open fraud case, since you have showed me that you are willing to try to get a full refund from Revolut even though almost all UI/UX has been finished. If you're operating a business it is your job to assess the full scope of work BEFORE taking payment, these pages
come with features, why would you assume I'm paying 4,600 for a simple thing? You have had a week to deliver this
and if you cannot do it, you should have simply refunded - even the seller agrees that content in the pages specified should be filled regardless of the features

You don't get immediately notified that a fraud case was opened, a fraud case was indeed opened before renegotiation, the original fraud case was opened because you denied to refund me 2100 because it was your "ToS" AND because you was a smart ass being difficult while I was trying to get my money back,

also 80% of the UI/UX is actually unfinished, you completed 4 pages out of 21, which isn't even 25% of the project done (you can count the pages themselves if you go to my original complaint showing the scope of the work) - you showing a spreadsheet of features makes it look like you've done a lot but that isn't a lot, you have 21 pages, and over a week+ you have done 4, and you have said you will completely the UI before saturday/sunday and failed to meet that, so clearly you WONT meet deadline.. regardless I asked for 1,000$ back after I knew you weren't even capable of doing this job, not the full 1700, which in actuality should be 1,497.70$ since you've only done 11.90% of the full project that we negotiated (a little bit of UI has been done only, not frontend, in total he has to do 42 pages which 21 of those are UI in figma and the rest is a copy over to frontend code)

Also, to emphasize. You're making improper use of the Revolut service. There's no case of 'scamming' nor a case of 'fraud'. I reply to you as soon as I can, and I deliver work. Now speaking of legal work, if you want to get into the law side of things. We operate from The Netherlands, that means, the jurisdiction is... The Netherlands! If you order custom work, your 14 days of cancellation right voids after work has been started. I designed front-end UI/UX and created a requirement analysis / user-story sheet - so legally, you have no right to a refund anymore. This was also stated in our TOS. Again, legally, it is your responsibility to find the TOS and read it. It's on our website and clearly stated at the bottom navigation-bar.

All things considered, that makes this a business dispute. Not fraud. You, yourself are showing fraud-like behaviour by trying to pressure me into doing stupid things, leveraging this dispute. This also explains why you wanted to use PayPal perse or a different non-crypto method. What were you trying to imply? Look at your first messages "I'm sure you can find a way thats convenient. Can you do paypal or something else?" to which we already answered it's not smart and really not possible.

You then proceeded to say "Personally could offer more payment methods to people who ordered more"... - we gave in because we worked with you before. But of-course, in retrospect, that was a retarded move from our side.

What were you trying to imply with all these reverse paradoxical messages? Exactly - trying to get us to allow for you to utilize a payment-method in which you could make incorrect use of fraud-protection. I am willing to finish the UI and the UX + refund you partially, but not if there's a fraud case open.

It'd be extremely stupid - it'd allow for you all to still chargeback the involved sum, which'd be seperate from the refunded payment. Could you imagine? Me finishing UI/UX + refunding you partially —> to then have you idiots still go through with the so-called "fraud-case" even though this is a business dispute? That means, free UI/UX+free money+a full refund for you...

Ain't happening on my watch. So - again, I am willing to come up with a solution, but not when you have so much leverage material to fuck me over. Not happening.
