Additional Information: The deal was for $1800 for 2850 prime subs on different channels (20+) to be delivered before March 31, 2024. https://ibb.co/X4QhCBp He assured everything is in place that my orders are on priority. Sent him the channels and the LTC and also asked for drip feed, but he said its not required. I also mentioned to him why? because before he told me it will be on drip method, i told him to let me know since iam the customer and drip feed is available so why not use it -  https://ibb.co/7bhRNpD - Anyway, he did not respond for 2 hours regarding my drip feed but instead, exactly after 2 hours he started sending subs without confirmation and i started recieving suspension notice on accounts registered emails for FRAUD which mentioned that one of the reasons is Twitch prime gaming or subscriptions purchase. I messaged him to stop any queues. but instead he went berserk and said its my accounts that fucked up his software for sending subs and well , rest is in the screenshot in convos.. in the end, he said that i will have to wait for 3 months or longer and that its MY FAULT ALL THIS HAPPENED. My only concern is : LTC was sent , after couple of hours all this happened, and he not only wants to refund the huge amount but also not respect the deal which was for subs to be delivered before March 31,2024. Not really sure what is his problem but yeah this is a scam for sure - i am not sure why would he do this, even after telling me that his software is messed up and is unable to send subs. If he is unable to deliver anything then at least give my money back.
strange thing is, in the convos, he said there were no other orders as per him , only mine, then he says some of other accounts got banned too, then later on he says no other accounts got banned and only mine.. blah blah... long story short, he has not sent anything and also made an announcement on his discord  that he is stopping shop to take orders.. all of this in few hours. Btw, he said whenever his software is ready he will send me 2350 subs - because as per him 500 subs were sent to my accounts which got banned - i asked for proof or receipt for delivery? he didnt have any. 
need explanation to his erratic behavior and demand proof for his accusation that my accounts (which are simply twitch channels) are the reasons his software for sending subs suddenly broke and that its my fault that all his months hard work for his software got messed up due to my accounts. No proof yet asking me to prove that he has scammed me. I leave it to you guys to decide. Iam here for the questions and answers. There is no point in wanting the product from him anymore as its clear the accounts got banned due to his software and is unable to take orders anymore as per his own words, so he should return the amount right away (all this happened in less than 6 hours can you imagine?)

EDIT: sorry for forgetting this, i sent him 28 accounts in total on which he had to send 2850 subs (almost 101 subs per account), out of which 10 accounts were banned when he started sending, the rest are working fine and there are  0 subs sent there..

first of all i mentioned that i bought followers on some accounts which is why i did not send you those accounts as there was no time for checking -  I sent you accounts which were made by me - so do not mix the context and get to the point. That  russian message site was not even from today, not sure why would you even reference to that - You kicked me out of the server and also told me that i will get 0 subs and $0 because of the report i put on here. Very mature. Please also screenshots of how desperate you were asking me everyday to buy subs from you and how you mentioned that buying subs directly from you is better than buying on website.

plus if you want to see the video of the whole chat i can post that too. Would you mind posting those accounts? i am sure anyone would be able to tell if they were bought or not. Also, what do you mean by "Basically he bought Prime Subs with Accounts that got banned in the same time when my vendor sended the Subs to him." right, so you are saying i sent you money to buy subs from you and then in the meantime i bought more subs from some other person (within 2 hours) just to get my accounts banned ? are you even serious right now? i spent more money just to lose more money, this is genius yet totally dumb observation, care to share more details on this? and which vendor sends prime subs in 2 hours and for the same accounts!!

anyway, i will choose not to argue here as you've already done that in the chat. I would like the mods to evaluate and further lead the dispute considering both sides.

Oh and i have read your website and FAQ many times and i can assure you the refund policy was different before and was non-exisitent , right before you decided to change it today around the same time (see image in link below)  - Mods, can you please investigate this? this is just wrong.

plus this detailed link will show you which page was changed last with priority. May I ask why the sudden need to change the Support page on prioirty and that too , today, around the exact same time when you decided to pull this off?
