Additional Information:After purchasing a VCC with 10$ balance through autobuy, I received a dead card. I checked the vouches for the seller and found that many people had also received dead cards initially. I contacted the seller via Telegram, providing my order ID. However, he ignored me for two days and only responded on the third day, saying that he would look into it. He ignored me again for a day before finally giving me a card that didn't work initially but suddenly started working. On my second attempt, when I requested an OTP, the seller ignored me in the middle of our conversation until the OTP expired. Consequently, the card was blocked and is no longer functioning. We tried to resolve the issue for a couple of days, but unfortunately, we couldn't come to an agreement. Please note that the card was not fresh and had been used, which is likely why it became blocked.

This my respond on this matter

To save admin time will give it Question and answers directly.

Answer : This not true at all. he got a card that working indeed but He bought a card with balance "10$" at first Digitalocean site had Error 500 which server error means gateway down and this not from card.
after it worked . Digitalocean charges randomly 5-12$, he keep gets 12$ auth  and this why card didn't work it's Simple 
However, i was sick this days when he contacted me i didn't replay and i did same for all my clients this day

So when i respond i told him , Do i refund you or issue a new card , he had a option to get a refund to end this but he choose to generate new card and cover the cost again.

I have explained to him that digitalocean require balance above 10$ so he be aware of that with new card and don't waste time.
Than he got again error 500 , but this time i explained to him this not from card

Than he apologize after he understand that he must use the correct address and proxy in order to use Digitalocean, but he was Unlucky cause digitalocean charged him over 10$ while he bought 10$ balance card not 15 or 20, which not card problem

Than he simply asked for a refund? i explained to him that card works good and first one was working good aswell and i offered a refund at first to end this he just "Refund me 15$ " So this not Fair since both cards works and he know it, i offered to refund him after deduct 2 cards cost he refused and told him you can cashout card using any other site if you want to...

Now he opened this scam report with lies, claim card is dead but he know it's working and it's his fault clearly.

The vouches i had i don't have even one vouch claim that cards are dead , i talked to him asking why he saying that,
He send me a Postive vouches (Lol) of clients
and say  "  I don't care, correct me "

So he simply want to force to make me refund for product that works and his fault, he just trying his shoot that's it

I can provide more proof if needed that both card was working in that time with logs and everything, thanks

 this is a new card other than the dead autobuy one which I did not even be able to get an OTP with just plain error. I bought a service so of course I wanted a card. when sent me this "new" card it was the first one that worked even though it wasn't "new" it is used.

Indeed this is true, it charged me over 10$ I tried again and it charged me the correct amount 5$ then he disappeared on me mid convo and didn't give me OTP until code expired which is seller's fault. after that card was blocked.

I requested a refund since you wasted so much of my time already. you can't deduct 2 cards when the first one is autobuy which is already supposed to be bought and I couldnt even get 1 transaction out of it. the "new" one is not new after all I tried to cashout using paypal and couldn't even add it to my paypal because card was already linked to another paypal account. how is that possible when card is "new"
Also "new" cards get expiration date of month of issue or the month before not November. so clearly you gave me another USED customer's card.

- Based on chat the first card wasn't dead you were getting error code "500" since you not using a correct address, and you know that and you appolgize for it too in our chat . admin has chat logs so they can see that clearly :)

This are another lie! i provided you the code, the OTP code is valid for exactly 10 minutes than it expire.

It's simple :
- He ordered a card autobuy.
- He didn't know how to use card properly and contacted me (and i don't blame him ) 
- I was sick so i didn't answer on his message
- When i contacted him back first thing i did is offer a refund or replace on my cost.
- I Replaced him even the fact first card was working good
- The new card got same error so he expected both card not working, but after he know he had to use a specific country card worked fine
- He apologized after now he understand that cards works fine 
- Digitalocean unlucky was charge randomly above 10$ and he wasn't patient to keep trying 
- He asked a refund, i told him this not card fault go use it somewhere else or keep trying , than i offered to refund with deduct 2 card cost he refused

Than he decide to open this scam report just forcing me , He claim my vouches saying cards are dead, when i asked him where he giving me screenshots of Posstive Feedback that nothing to do with dead cards.
Than he claim i disappeard while i replied in exactly 3 minutes .....

This my last respond on this now it's up to staff

Of course I needed a replacement since I couldn't even been able to get any OTP or any usage of the card and then the replacement you provided me with an old used card that you claim to be new which I provided multiple evidences above that it is not true.

So to ease your brain 
- I ordered a card autobuy.
- Card didn't work contacted via tg you said most likely blocked card after the error.
- Told me either replace or refund I was still needing the service so ofc I chose replace
- the "new" card didn't work at first but I specify it to a specific country and it worked for digitalocean
- I of course apologised since I am decent human even though there was no need to.
- the "new" card isn't actually new it was linked to another paypal account and it didn't even work for aws
- the very first time digitalocean asked for above 10$ then the second time 5$ which he then didn't respond.
- latter it worked again but code was invalid
- I asked for a refund to help him to cover costs of 5$ for the "new" card which appeared to not be new and he refused saying he needs to deduct 2 cards.
- It is not my fault that you said in your service VCC can work for digitalocean, aws, paypal, and when I put it in paypal it was linked to another account.

- I request a full refund of 15$ to my LTC wallet I no longer need this man service's since the respond time is so awful ~12 hours
- Waiting for staff response.

In his screenshot he just cut the screenshot and say "Code invalid" which is another lie, and you can see in my screenshot the code was entred was working didn't say invalid......
