Second one comes with ryzen 7 6800h with rtx3050

Which one should I buy?

It's a laptop, not a gaming desktop. Any laptop with a modern dedicated GPU is already mid-tier.

@_MINDHUNTER_ - I would expect the Ryzen 7 w/ RTX3050 to perform slightly better if memory and storage are the same.

Going for 13500h with rtx 4050 with 140w TGP

if the price difference is high for intel with hx and rtx 4060 then its okay to go with 4050/13500h also dont go below 80 watt battery power 
from my pov lenovo legion 5 pro is all rounder for the cost but it varies regionally 

and honourable mention Acer Helios Neo 16
