Additional Information: i come to him for config fixing then charged me for it $100 then not even in couple days later config stop working back how it's before i don't think it's fair if a ''fix'' going to last not even a close to a week it can't be called as a fix and how right to charge someone costumer seeking help for ''fix the config'' and the result lasting two day solution i don't even mention about the fact success repsonse didn't even tested just 2fa responde tested basicly it was not even finished config

I dont really understand why he is opening this dispute tbh, he contacted me asking to fix his config, i checked config and noticed it needed recaptcha solver or bypass, i quoted him 100$ for recaptcha bypass option, which he accepted, then i showed him proofs of config working in debugger (logs) and running against combos, its cpm and everything, he was satisfied with product and then bought the config from me, couple of days later his target site devs fixed incorrectly implemented recaptcha and therefore my recaptcha bypass was patched and config was no longer working, OP contacted me about it, i immediately replied him, telling that i would try my best to find new method to bypass recaptcha again and if bypass was not possible anymore i would update config with solver instead to make config work once again, after spending numerous hours on finding new bypass i came to conclusion that it was not possible to bypass again, so i updated config with solver instead and sent him immediately.
Before i even tried updating config he started talking about refund, i told him that i do not provide any money back warranty over configs i sell because people abused this policy before therefore i removed money back policy from my service TOS, anyways when he mentioned refund, i told him that i could not refund his money as it was not my fault, i got payed for my time, effort and working solution, then i asked him to be patient as i was going to try my best finding new bypass or updating config with solver and i did exactly what i promised, as new bypass was not possible anymore i sent him updated config with solver

I dont think its fair to open dispute when you came to me asking to fix your dead config and not for bypass, config was dead because your site added recaptcha, which i told you about it, to fix your dead config there was only 2 options:
1. Solve recaptcha
2. Bypass recaptcha
I suggested second solution as it would be much faster and better, when config died i didnt even charge you anything, i updated your config for free.
Besides that i never told you that i would refund your money if recaptcha bypass died couple of days later, if i did that then your dispute would be valid but we never agreed on this, tbh now your just trying to scam me, even tho config is still working using captcha solver service, so i dont understand why you are creating this dispute when you wanted your dead config to be working again, which is working even at this moment

what proof you are going to deliver more i don't understand really let me show you biggest proof about your effort since you talk about giving effort  his effort (adding one block to config consist from almost 40 block) 

in the first day when i contact him this the only change him made the config as a bypass allegedly worked one day because only 2fa response tested this is another topic

main topic is only thinik he did was this block Rechapta1 block then talking about giving effort as it's showns in the secreenshots time it's kinda privaste how many minutes he give effort (https://ibb.co/5GVnt9W) i don't want to pay for one day solution it's not fair my config didn't get fixed it's same as before 

the money i paid you @PhantomHQ is not getting earned so easily i paid you really good price $100 exchange less than your literally 10 minute work it's proven in the secreenshots and your work didn't help at all didn't even worked one week

If it was that easy you would have made your own, since you dont have enough experience to do it, thats why you come to me, also if price was not fair you could have just said something or pay someone else to do it for you, nobody forced you into anything, you came with dead config and i gave you two configs, first with bypass and after it got patched i even gave you updated version with solver for free, also saying recaptcha bypass config should work 1 week when you run on 200 bots and multiple runners is quite insane to me
