Additional Information: I made a kyc for the app "Icard", he said it's for a customer he has. I moved as fast as possible, i contacted support to change number (i explained him that the only way to change number or email is to contact support), number was changed to him or his customer, also i bypassed the selfie, so now he has full ownership. After this, he said he don't need the account anymore because his customer is angry because he waited over 1 month. When he contacted me to do this kyc i did everything within 2-3 hours, so it wasn't my problem about his customer. Tried to contact him to help me change back the number or make my payment and he started ignoring me.

The account has full ownership of you, also I submitted the selfie, is only a time of some hours the selfie gets verified. I moved within 1 day, I did everything as fast as possible. To change number/email on icard you need to contact support and it takes a few days. It can't be faster even if u buy from someone else. Your customer didn't reply me so this is an 100% scam.
