Additional Information: i bought a Revolut account from this guy, I have added some money to worm it .after that the account that i have bought had some problems and he replaced but no refund of the money i have added in the first time to worm the account  , then he replaced with a different one . On the one that he gave me it worked everything was fine, i have added money on it to warm it , and i left it like that like 1-2 week, after this time i tried to login, i logged in and i saw that the Revolut account was empty with no money on it , the funds were sent to a different bank account on the same name that revolut has, i checked the details of the account and everything was changed like PHONE NUMBER, Email , also I checked logged in deviceless and i saw there was a different device logged .. So I don't need a replace, as I think that i will get out of my money again , as happened this time and first time.  ( there is no trust to use their accounts anymore )

For every problem he had first thing he did was to create dispute and after message me, not ask me or try to cooperate with me, so he is not a very cooperative person. I reply to my clients everytime in minutes and they can agree with this. I update everyone with the status of the account everytime, just because I like to offer a smooth support. Yeah, sometimes there are persons that don't understand that you have to wait 24 hours for a verification and they think that spamming will speed up the process. It doesn't work like that.

This is not much as a deal for now. Let's focus on the account it self. That's was just how the purchase process worked.

Account has been delivered to him in same day (3-4 hours delay because in this day the Revolut app got updated and he did not understand that and spammed me https://ibb.co/18YgQ0r , https://ibb.co/LYQ48ZX) and because of a Revolut detection while he tried adding money with card It got limited. (I was able to unlift the limit fast with a selfie verification next morning).
I always fix the accounts of my customers in cases like this, but he doesn't understand that opening a dispute right a way before asking for help will not speed up the process.

Also while I did the selfie verification he started doing all things by himself... not a pretty patient person as I was able to fix it for him the same day. After he tried adding money we decided that the account it's not strong enough so we kindly replaced it as fast as we could with a STRONG one. https://ibb.co/80qcFtD
We were confident that this will work great and it did. I have a video of him adding money on the account with a Prezzy card which was most likely a carded one (even if he said he is doing legitimate business with them). He came back and he left ~$50-60 in the account at that time. 
When he came back, he logged in account and saw that his $50-60 were gone transferred to other account. Yes, there were a problem also from our side.
We have an entire network of people that work for us for these verifications, that's how all OPEN-UPS services works. Hire people or get people for verifications. We were able to get the account back and even his money because we had contact with the person that verified the account, but he suddenly decided to contact her on his number on  Whatsapp and told her that the account has been sold to him. He did not let us to help him. Like this he gave us no option in recovering the account or at least recovering the money for him, so the account got lost forever because everytime when we wanted to help, replace, fix his problems he did everything on his own.

I did everything to help him, reply in minutes, be patient with him, be kind, even if he wasn't 90% of the time and I tried to calm him down but It did not worked.
If the account wouldn't be lost like this and he let us do everytime the job for him everything should've been fine. We do offer just 24 hours warranty, but even like this everytime when he needed we helped him, because we just like helping our customers. There were many orders in the last time and we did our job. I refuse to offer refund to this guy because he did not let us help him and at least recover the account and keep it for us. Even if he owns us the $100, we will not ask for them, because you lost money during the process so we understand you.
