Option To Report PM's

So... I can't be the only one getting PM's from time to time from new plebs trying to promote their shit services and Telegrams.
It's pretty damn annoying but there's no option to report it to staff members sadly (Unless I am blind and haven't seen it)

PM's like this for an example:

Would be awesome if a "report" button would be available so the staff can ban these pain in the ass plebs right away before sending PM's to another 100 members.

Yes, and the plebs now resort to mentioning next to all online members for their scam thread, so this feature is helpful, but also it might be helpful if the report button instantly suspends the user account [when new user criteria is true] for a set duration of time (more if multiple people reports the account), until a staff member takes action against the account.

And of course have some basic checks to discourage those that try to promote in dms.

I forgot I am trying to addressing 2 issues, one is DM Ads, another is ping/mention to prohibited ad/service.
Here is more pseudocode that hopefully deals with the issue, (it's way far from perfect) because "plebs" conducting prohibited actions are monkeys or keep evolving*.
Yeah this is so overengineered, however people conducting prohibited conduct, this may even out the playing field and make some of them take their conduct somewhere else.
