Additional Information: User requested X work, X work was completed. User complimented the work. User then decided to change the request, and tack on more requests that were not previously agreed upon. I gave user an easy way to obtain said changes, but I would not oblige on making said changes as it would cost me out-of-pocket. User then agrees to pay me, declines paying me total amount, declines paying me in the payment method that I accept, and when provided with LTC address, he then wants to bring price down, as well as request I send the work first. When I told him I wasn't sending work first, he wants us to get a middleman for a $10 deal, when I've already shown him the work was done, and already took the time on completing the requested job.

I asked OP for his cracked.io profile or he will need to go first and he ignored my request and wanted me to go first.  I gave him option to go middleman as well, but he declined that as well.
OP hasn't provided me the PSD file, he only provided me an picture how it looks without anything else.

I am happy to pay OP, however due to his reputation, I would like to see that file being sent to staff team.

Truth is I wanted the price to be lower, but then I agreed that I will pay him 10$. However he has problems with getting paid :Darkness:.
