Scam Report Against: @Palestine

Amount or Item(s) Scammed: Parcel worth £500 he was supposed to reship using his 'service' + service fee which is 40$

Additional Information: So he runs a reship business i got a parcel delivered worth £500 to the allocated address. It arrives he tells me they can't get it because they need id, i say okay i will make a story up talking to the post office worker to let them pick the parcel up, the post office man said yes of course you can take it but he also said you're not supposed to be delivering parcels like this here. so before he even offered this service he didn't even test it himself. Then he repeatedly can't pick the parcel up and tells me to reship it, how is that even possible when its been delivered, then he goes to say he doesn't control the post office and its not his fault, then whos is it because the parcel has landed perfectly to his allocated drop and it's them who can't retrieve it at their own allocated address, then goes on and on about how its not his fault being completely unreasonable as seen on the messages and says a few times its not stolen check the tracking. for one i cant check whether its been picked up or not the tracking just says delivered as it has been to the post office address secondly its suspicious as to why hes saying that because i never even accused him of stealing it, or maybe he has or maybe its his worker whos taken it himself and said he cant get it because ive gone to post offices and picked parcels up and had no trouble like this, so something suspicious is definitely going on its now been 10 days from this guy where he said we'll try something and nearly 3 weeks since it was delivered at his allocated drop

Sorry parcel is worth £510. Also just for the record picked up a parcel from a post office I hadn't been to ever, was worth £400 and they did NOT ask for iD

You didint talk to me about any refund nor have any convo about whats the possible outcomes, weve provided ID and the post office still did not release the package. Please text me before making such allegations!
How many times am i supposed to follow up when its the same outcome and you said its not your fault and there wont be any compensation even though its yours guys fault. i already said compensation which technically means a refund so i did talk to you about it and you denied several times, so either get the parcel or give me a refund

and your package is still there, you can call them to check.. And adding to the point where you said we never tested our drop. We always do before releasing it. EVERY single package that came through never had a issue with it and was succesffuly picked up with no ID required expect yours

We agreed to stall the report for 1-2 days to try and resolve the issue one last time.

They're offering me 50% refund of the parcel value, however I declined and asked for 100% and said why should I take the loss since I didn't do anything wrong and the mistake was on your guys end, so just own it, they then altered their TOS to try and trick me and say if any parcel is unretrievable due to id or whatever they would issue a 50% refund  however I had the original TOS already screenshotted it beforehand and you can clearly see it didn't state this previously (lol). I'll give it 1-2 more days since my parcel has been stuck at their drop for 4 weeks now, just wasting my time at this point if nothing changes in 1-2 days don't see it being resolved at all. I want 100% refund of my parcel value + refund for the membership fee which was $40.
