Three people unfairly gave me negative rep points. Two of them just gave rep points, and on shoutbox, they told me that they could withdraw the negative rep points for $10. The other one bought a $5 random Steam game code from me. He gave me negative rep points because he didn't like the game. On top of that, he also created a deal dispute thread. Because of these three extortionists/scammers, my reputation dropped by more than half. Additionally, a 'deal with caution' warning appears on my profile. I created a thread about these incidents before, but the warning on my profile was the last straw. I bought a paid membership on Cracked.io, thinking I could trust the site and its administrators, but it seems like the Cracked.io staff doesn't want members to make money. What is the reason for all this? Why do the Cracked.io staff do everything they can to prevent us from trading, even though the people I trade with have no problems with me?
Report the users in their profile and provide proof. They should be warned
I did open a thread before. for 2 blackmailers. But one staff told me " Sorry, but the staff team decided that he's allowed to give you and every other forum member a negative reputation without any valid reason. " that. Did I prevent them from doing their jobs? Did I do something wrong to them? No, I hadn't even interacted with the Cracked.io staff before these incidents. Yet, they still did nothing.
And users can +rep or -rep you from disliking your service, it's a reputation system, of course they've could talk to you instead of -repping, but that's all about it. One thing is asking money to remove the rep, this is something one of the staff should see and you should provide proof.
Other than that, reputations are available for all users in the forum and you have the rights to -rep or +rep someone without giving a reason.

ı was do as scam/spam report. should i do like that ?
Don't do a scam report, choose Other and provide a reason. Such as the example I sent you.
If you don't get any solution open a thread in Staff Support and explain the situation, as mentioned before, PROVIDE PROOF.
Don't mind the -reps. I also have them, continue to make your work and keep growing in the communtiy. The DWC is due to your account being so recent, it will go away after some time.
I recommend you recommending your buyers to use a MM, even if you have to pay a % it boosts your credibility. Vouches on your service are more important than reps.
