Additional Information:  Paid for the account 15th July the delivery timing was 48 hrs however was delievered in 72 Hours , After delievering account the instruction had a set condition to use the account through the Proxy he will provide for additional 10 Euro (which was not communicated before) and i paid the 10 Euro on 18th , then he didn't sent the proxy for 2 whole days and did not replied, on 20th january i asked to either refund me the proxy amount or send proxy and i will use the proxy i been using for my other paypal . 
so it took 5 days to deliever the account basically,  When he was unable to provide the proxy i used mine and the paypal never opened and i have asked for refund which he is not doing and also have given me -6 reputation to hurt reputation here for his scam, i ask the mods to remove it once this is resolved .

i request refund now as i have lost 10 days chasing him

OP has received fully working paypal account. 

Paid me to buy a proxy from my proxy provider, proxy provider did not respond for 2 days, I refunded the OP for the proxy.

Now he demans me to fully refund his account while the account is in perfect form just because he couldn't buy a proxy from somewhere else.

The account is not working and it is dumb to say i cant buy proxy from somewhere else when there a market full of it

Secondly i am using the proxy for my other paypals and they are working fine. Yours is the only one not opening

Thirdly if you cry so much about your proxy you should communicate before purchase and even if you cant you should be able to deliever the proxy

I can not wait for days of you ignoring me to get proxy to test the account .

In case you don't want to buy the proxy from my supplier, you just get a proxy from anywhere else and log inside since the account is in perfectly working condition.

I bought the proxy from you , you did not sent me the proxy in 2 days , did not replied to message and did not told me ETA 

and i did tried using the proxy of my choice (again which i am using for other paypal,) your account did not get past the security check

Seems like I have to repeat myself since you are not reading what I'm typing.

You bought the proxy, my guy was away at that time, you asked for refund and I did refund you for the proxy.

Account is in proper form, if it gives you any security checks it's due to your proxy. Else, account is still verified and in working form.
