Additional Information: Did a deal with this guy in good faith, after wasting multiple hours and an account is confirmed he does this shit... It's not my problem, but his. His bank is not useable for the app he purchased.

After he created the bank, he was so impatient for me to pay him which seems very suspicious, i told him to give me time to test the account if it works, i can’t pay for what i do not know if it works or not. I tried sending payment to the bank he made via multiple banking apps and both failed yet he wants me to pay him for it.

I am ready to give him his account bank with nothing. His account doesn’t work so he can have it back.

so far i've supplied you with 2 accounts, 1 which was your fault it didnt work,. and thats ok.
 Now he confirmed that the account was working, he can login and all + its id verified. he even sent screen of email he got.
Now he has problems with his own bank cause it's not useable for paxo, and he blames me. i shall still be paid for 1.

Also, it clearly states on the screenshot @Turbodeals provided, that the account HE sent from to the account I GAVE him, has problems.as it was declined by HIS banks compliance team, not MY account.

I just went ahead and gave him 1 more account if another brand called guava, he got money sent to it and it works and is now not responding or anything.screenshots can be given if needed, but the case itself is already self explanatory, he’s a scammer
