The Stripe account got locked, which I clearly warned him about when we started working together. I was upfront about the risks, so this shouldn’t have been a surprise. When it happened, I did my best to recover the account, but unfortunately, Stripe didn't cooperate, and there wasn’t much more I could do.
Instead of understanding the situation, he immediately flew off the handle. He started throwing racial slurs and trying to intimidate me, acting like it was somehow my fault that Stripe locked the account. The way he handled it was completely unprofessional. I wasn’t going to stick around and deal with that kind of behavior, so I blocked him and moved on.
At the end of the day, I did what I could, but when someone starts acting like that, there’s no point in continuing to work with them. I made it clear from the beginning that I wasn’t responsible if the account got locked, and that’s exactly what happened. He just didn’t want to hear it and resorted to being abusive instead.
 
If you have the screenshots, just send them to an admin. They’ll take care of the case and make the final decision.

Maybe next time, don’t send 500 kids spamming stolen cards and trying to slip them past the Stripe radar. I told you from the start that I keep my dispute rate low and that my radar settings are aggressive to catch stuff like that. If you had followed those guidelines, we could’ve worked together smoothly. But with over 180 failed payments, of course Stripe is going to notice and take action.
