Okay so, yesterday I saw a riot games account on fulla.cc/riot (his website). I was interested, the price was 40.5$ for an account with some skins, europe region.
I toped up 41$ to my fulla.cc wallet (here is the transaction: https://mempool.space/tx/6070e620dab0618...909a278745)
Then I tried to buy the account with clicking "Buy" on the page of the account, it charged in the void for about 5 seconds and an alert said "an error as occured".
I tried many times to click buy again and again, but it never worked. So I decided to dm on telegram the guy that own the website, thinking he will probably help me to buy it. I also bought a random 15 cents account to see if it was a global problem, it wasnt it bought it successfully.
He said the account was dead and to find another account (see screenshots), at first I wanted a refund on my btc wallet but he said that he don't do refunds like that.. okay so I will wait for another account.
Today, I looked at new accounts that appeared on the site, I saw one that interested me, clicked buy and the site told me that I didnt have enough money in my wallet, this account was 39$ so I was confused.
Then I saw that there was only 0.35$ on my fulla wallet and I looked my purshases then I saw the account I wanted the last day. So I tried first to log in to the riot games account on riotgames website. It didnt work, I tought that password was not the right so I tried to send a mail to reset the password, I logged in the mail, I didn't see any mail to reset the password..
So I understood that the account wasnt lied anymore to the email that I got in my purshases.
So this guy is trying to tell me that the account was not dead, valid and that I bought it later, changed mail then deleted mails.
Thing that isnt possible because I tried first to log with the riot games account, unsuccessfully.
So Im asking for a refund to my btc wallet OR my fulla.cc wallet, because this guy is litterally trying to dupe me.

btw I hypothesize that the account was took back by the real owner, even if that's like 1% chance, and probably just this guy trying to bait me, my warrantly is still valid so I'm able for a refund.

There was an error with the checker, which doesn't let you buy the account if there is an error, issue was fixed later on then he went and bought the same account we have built in account checkers that check the validity at the time of purchase, then the next morning he changes the riot games email, deletes the emails and acts like there was no account, I can provide mail login to staff you can look in the login history no one accessed the account since he bought except him

About my ban, its solved, I refunded the guy, just not unbanned cause of staff asking for 200$ moderations fees.
Also, the account was "bought" one hour after I tried to buy it, without any try of my part, can you provide, logs of your website, so we can see if I really did.
Also if I really did it, it was by inadvertence, but I know that I didnt. I saw it only the next day like 15 hours after I "bought" it ? that not logical. If you can provide logs of the account and the hour of the log in of the mail account, you'll see that I logged ~ 12h20 utc+2 to try to reset the password
if I have really wanted to scam this account, I'd not wait 15 hours to log into the account bruh.
Last thing, you told me that the account was dead. And now it was valid ? Bruh, and, at which time did you solve "the problem of the account" to see ? hm ?

Also, when I notified Mnfruity that I couldnt buy the account, he didnt even remove it or hide it, baiting people cuz toping up for nothing and can't withdraw. That's basically a scam lmfao
