Additional Information: I requested refund. He agreed, he said a few minutes every time and I've lost out on 8 days of partial work.

This bloke had me waiting 6-7 days and blamed it on not "having me marked as an important contact" and then ignores me until he actually understands he can't do this

I understand the issue of timezones, some screenshots were taken on one day, while screenshot no. 3 and beyond are taken the moment of writing this.
