Amount or Item(s) Scammed: 154.5$ LTC + 156 account bad = (39$) who did not join or did not have a membership or it was not the plan that was purchased

Additional Information: The purchase was made in their store, at the time of delivery only 383 accounts were delivered, and there were 1000, I contacted them and they told me that they would refund me, more than 24 hours have passed and they did not issue a refund, however they returned to publish a few minutes after the problem that had 3000 accounts available and did not deliver the accounts or the money ----- Another problem is that in total I bought 1100 tier1 accounts, 100 first and then 1000 of which 156 bad accounts came out that were not the plan or did not have any membership or did not log in, nor did they respond to me They just waste time without giving answers. I demand a refund.
