Unmetered only means you don't have a limit on how much bandwidth you use per month, so unless you are talking about internet speed, this is an invalid deal dispute. Upload evidence to streamable, record a video of visiting speedtest.net and do an un-interrupted speed test with nothing running in the background. Share link here when done. Please do so within 24 hours.

My staff blackholed his VPS IP because he was hitting our threshold at 2Gbp/s+ constantly.
That's why he can't connect.

I've lifted the blackhole now as in good trust that OP will relax his ass with his traffic usage.
