Scammed thru paypal

I posted a thread for buying btc through paypal, so @marshyrob sent me a message thru discord, he looked trusted on cracked.to so i wanted to trade $15.76 pp for $13.5 btc. I paid him goods and services(he accepted[i had pp business, so he told me to cover fees too]),  after which he told he would go to paxful and send me, but for two hours he was saying it was processing, and never replied or sent the btc

I already charged back on paypal, he did not reply there also

no but i am certain because he was one of the first to view the thread, like its say below who is on the thread
