I sent him $27.5 Via paypal and the payment was on the hold for 24 hours, now he refuses to send me the btc or refund my paypal

KSZ say on this is final, I did not scam you, what the fuck you talk about karma getting to me when I did not even do something bad, I did a legitimate trade with you, if I was attempting to scam, logically, why will I send you paypal f&f first? I did not scam anybody and if that was the case, a report would be up already since it has been more than 48 hours since payment

Please send me my bitcoin, or refund the paypal, thank you.
