Finally home and ready to respond to this accusation.
On March 4th Zoniz bought a membership on
https://smmstorm.com and when doing so you are prompted with this window:
https://i.imgur.com/YDEP3dt.png
The text: "Please carefully read the Terms Of Service before buying! By purchasing anything from Storm you automatically agree to the terms!! Terms Of Service can be found here: http://bit.ly/SMMToS"
This means that Zoniz has agreed to our Terms of Service, in our Terms of Service this can be found:
"SMM-Storm, offer unlimited views and likes for Instagram. You are allowed to order an unlimited amount of likes but in order to avoid abuse, you are limited to 2000 likes per picture and 10.000 views per video. We are allowed to terminate your account.
You are only allowed to send likes to a picture once. Meaning if you are found sending maximum likes to one picture twice or more times, your account will be terminated."
"
No refunds will be made to your payment method. After a deposit has been completed, there is no way to reverse it. You agree that once you complete a payment, you will not file a dispute or a chargeback against us for any reason. If you file a dispute or charge-back against us after a deposit, we reserve the right to terminate all future orders, ban you from our site. We also reserve the right to take away any likes we delivered to your or your clients. Fraudulent activity such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards will lead to termination of your account. There are no exceptions."
You can see that I've made some parts of the ToS bold, that's because it's a very important rule.
Below you will see a screenshot from me and Zoniz convo where he asks about the limits and I respond in the same way. He was fully aware of these rules.
Screenshot confirming he knew the rules:
https://i.imgur.com/RNtHzkY.png
The text:
Zoniz: "Panel unlimited or mulitple times 2K possible?"
Business: "We currently have these limits 2000 likes per post 10000 views per video This means you can send likes and views to unlimited pictures but a maximum of (look above) per post. We are constantly trying to make these numbers higher and have increased them multiple times in order to test the system. Right now we are locked at the limits above"
Zoniz: "Ah okay :ok_hand:"
This proves even more that Zoniz was well aware of the rule. We are correctly advertised as Unlimited because you can send likes & views to unlimited posts but not an unlimited amount of likes to the same picture. This is clearly advertised everywhere.
Now that we have gotten that out of the way, let's dive into the database logs and see why his permissions were revoked. Database:
https://i.imgur.com/3OhUhlg.jpg
The 4's are Zoniz sending likes and views. The black is to protect individuals privacy and other customers.
I've color-coded it all so you can easily see when he sends more than allowed and the amount.
We can clearly see from the logs that he sent likes and views to the same post hence breaking the rules. We can also see that he sent 35 requests to us in the span of a few hours.
I've also taken the time to see the amount of likes he sent in the span of a few hours
Likes: 1700 + 500 + 500 + 800 + 1000 + 800 + 851 + 1300 + 1444 + 800 + 800 + 800 + 400 + 745 + 421 + (10000 * 10) = 32 861 likes
Views: 10000 * 4 = 40 000 views
This above is the reason his permissions to send likes & views got revoked. He was well aware of the fact that he is not allowed to send more than 2000 likes to the same post.
I've talked to Zoniz about the damage this has accumulated on our company, let me explain more in detail on how that is.
We have a pool of accounts we control and when a user sends a link trough the panel, our accounts like the picture. The problem comes when the user tries to send likes again to the same picture, this will make the accounts go crazy and Instagram will ban them. This means that the likes already sent to other pictures will disappear and we will have to create more accounts which takes a lot of time and cost us a lot. If that isn't enough, he sent likes to complete new accounts that spammed posts, won't take long for Instagram to catch up.
This is advertised and used by normal Instagram users. Normal people don't post 35 pictures in one day and send maximum likes to each one of them.
We will now go over the conversation me and Zoniz had.
First convo screenshot:
https://i.imgur.com/cg7AeSr.png
He tells me that he has gotten the "Abuse warning text" and I let him know that there has been clear proof of abuse.
Zoniz responds by saying
"wasnt
tbh there as good and legit but understand that one"
"its possible to remove the block and
its not allowed that way?"
"block remove possible?"
I'll respond by saying that I have to look into it, see why it got triggered and then come with a solution.
He responds by saying this:
"yea If
its for my acc security u can even remove it tbh
not sure for which site the block comes with"
"Is a partial Refund possible?,
I mean I used it so full not needed but iam blocked now for using the service literaly and thats not what I understand as Unlimited"
I am terribly sorry for using it as a part of my defence but I can't understand what this guy means. I've marked everything that I don't understand with a
bold text.

This is very basic stuff, I tell him yes and that I will check everything and see if we can afford a refund.
This is where things start to take off, I've seen that he abused the system, how he abused it and calculated the amount of likes he has sent.
Screenshot of the conversation:

I tell him that the best refund I can do is a mere $5-$10, well aware that it will come out of my own pocket.
It was only a symbolic amount meaning that he has costed us more than we have received from him.
He goes on to say:
"but If thats true Ill have to open a scam report"
"I used the tool 7hours ~ , not full time before I got permanent blocked"
This is where it gets confusing because I don't know in what way this guy believes this is a scam. Before I post this I asked Zoniz in this post:
https://cracked.to/Thread-SCAM-REPORT-AG...pid7222434
He says: "I wrote ur offered a 5$ Refund but thats hilarious next answers goin to admins gettin tired tbh"
I can't really understand what he means by this, is it a scam because we offer $5-10 as a refund? In our ToS it clearly says that we never offer refunds, at all. Does he think this is a scam because he only got to use it for 7 hours?
He goes on to talk about how the unlimited thing is advertised wrongly, it's not. He clearly asked in the beginning (as seen here:
https://i.imgur.com/RNtHzkY.png ) if it was unlimited in terms of the amount of likes or likes to different pictures.
Sceenshot of the convo:

Zoniz:
Its a fact that I can use ur tool rn
and iam blocked
thats my site
Nothin against ur business
but
thtas scam for me thats it
I respond as kindly as I can, thinking that this guy has got to be kidding with me:
"Threatening me with a chargeback won't work. You have abused the service and a refund wasn't possible with the damage of abusing our service. Instead I said to you that we can only refund 1/4 of the price."
He goes on to respond like this:
I dont hittin chargebacks
Ill ask for a refund because ur not able to
help me to use ur service
5 - 10$ is
a disrespect for me not a offer
thats it
Ill accept it but Ill open the scam report Iam sorry
used ur service not even a day
and its useless now
So thats ur last words right?
I respond as professionally as I can by saying this:
"Opening a scam report will result in you not being eligible for a refund, at all. I'd also like to inform you that in case of a chargeback happening or scamreport being opened I am allowed to terminate your account. There has never in my 1.5 years happened a chargeback that I didn't win, since my Terms Of Service specifically says I am allowed to terminate a individuals account if they abuse our service. With that said, feel free to choose how you want to proceed from now on"
It goes on like this for a while. I don't have time to make everything bold from now on. I will only post the screenshots from the rest of the convo and add a few comments:
https://i.imgur.com/P9pJ6if.png
Here is the part where he says 35 EUR would be a good refund, he later on went to say that he meant $35. This means that I would get $5 in the end of the day from him?
Next screenshot:
https://i.imgur.com/i66cBgI.png
This is my final respond, he wasn't reading what I said and responded poorly, not even trying to put it all in one message.
Last screenshot:
https://i.imgur.com/nCI3iKS.png
This is where he explains that he mean't $ (not that it would make it better or possible)
He also says that I shouldn't care if it was 3 or 7 hours, it's still "a joke"
In the very end he says "at least you choosed."
This is a very ugly trick by him, making me and other think I had a choice. I either send him $35 refund or he will open a scam report. He puts it as if it was a dilemma for me. It conclusion he tries to diverse the attention from him and instead put it on me, as if I were the one that had a choice and I picked "this one".
The thing I don't understand is that in this screenshot:
https://i.imgur.com/KALGJ0T.png
"thats it Ill accept it but Ill open the scam report Iam sorry"
What I can understand from this message is that, he will accept the refund but he will still open a chargeback? That is why I'm genuinely confused as to what he wants.
I try and talk to him and explain the situation, the response I get is this:
"I cant talk to you"
"I want to solve this to because I dont want waste my time but u came like
yea you use our HHQQQQ service 3hours
I just can refund you 5$"
My final thoughts:
Zoniz has taken up more time from me than any other customer, ever. He has abused the service to a point where I didn't think it was possible.
He won't read what I have to say, responds in ways I've never encountered before. He won't even go halfway into a sentence before sending a new message. I try and explain to him that I'm having a hard time comprehending what he is trying to say but he still responds as if he was 12 with no prior knowledge of what English is.
I'm really trying not to use that card as a defence "Ohh I can't understand what he says, that's why" but in this case,I just can not ignore it.
I will never, ever refund this guy. I've spent hours talking to this guy and I've spent multiple hours just looking through the database and writing this thread.
Time is money and I've spent way too many hours on this guy. He abused the system, he broke the ToS multiple times and acts like a complete idiot about it.
