Heaven usergroup perks update.

It is known that this usergroup perks are the same as Godlike's perks .
And it is obvious that most of the users won't 'grind' or contribute to reach this usergroup , since that won't bring them any benefits back , regardless the fact that you need to upgrade to Supreme usergroup to become Heaven .

A few updates needs to done on this usergroup :  i suggest indeed  ;

• Change reputation rating from 6 points to 8 points .
  
• Add an award to this usergroup ( and other contributor ranks too ).
  
• Add a global prefix style : Heaven .
  
• Owning moderator's perms ( you need to be approved to own those perms ) .
  
• Heaven name item or a custom thread style .
  

Despite this update , requirements needs to change too : 

• 9 months registered .
  
• 7000 LIkes .
  
• 450 Reputation .
  

(Any heaven's member won't face those requirement )


Eventually , i would like to know if there's any suggestion plead by the existing heaven's members : @ancientslave , @Gaztoof , @FBI .
