Additional Information: I had an Impolitely argument with one of his **Discord** server boosters, which ended up in me being toxic and calling him things, due to this Green tea intervene after this he muted me for x amount of time I had to ask him to get me un-muted again, after this he removed my buyer role since of the mute and is not willing to give them back. I'm want to get my money back or the buyer roles

I have this SE/Refund Holy eBook that I am selling which this is the link and he bought it. @TARZ4N is basically saying that I copy and pasted his eBook even though I did not fully read it. I honestly helped him out as the design was actually very good and all. Basically, I frequently update my eBook and on this new Updated version, I added in a Amazon 1l+ refund. Right when I added it, he started spamming my Discord server's general chat to remove it and what so every.

He then started messaging me he will go ahead and leak my eBook and take this to a higher level. So in this case, I don't want my information and my hard work to go down the drain, so I remove him temporarily till we sort things out. Then he started spamming even more so I muted him from my discord server temporarily as well.
You can now see all of the full chat as why I took the chance to temporarily remove his role and mute him from server in the following DM's screenshots.

GreenTea Did not scam you; He removed your role to get you muted, since the muted part was messed up, and he had to remove them to mute you. I already unmuted you. And you already have the Ebook. Also, the role was a gift we give. We can remove that role anytime we feel like. And you'll still have the ebook. So it isn't a scam

Correct, but in the ToS, it is clearly stated that we can modify the ToS without notifying you. So we just changed it so we can revoke your permissions for future updates of this eBook.
