This file hosting & uploading website is so slow & usually down all day long , and most of the users here use it ; here's my suggestion , blacklist that  & make another & faster one which implements virustotal link at the same time  .

Its slow transferring speeds sometimes can be really annoying, but what's a good alternative file hosting site that doesn't

1. require you to make an account to upload something;
   
2. force you to disable any sort of ad-block;
   
3. use "download data limitations";
   
4. intentionally slows down your download to make you purchase a "premium download"?
   

I don't know any.
And what would adding a VirusTotal score do?
VirusTotal won't detect everything and can come up with false-positives on a legitimate program.
Yeah, I get it when you have a 100% detection rate on something it's "most likely" malware, but that only happens if you got a retard using a cracked keylogger from 2003 and some outdated crypter.
A good thing would be to add a warning about potentially harmful software since the best one can do is using common sense and an extra layer of protection such as Sandboxie, Virtual Machine or a service such as any.run when executing something.
