1. you should to try log in netflix.com
2. if password was wrong. go to getnada.com and put the email address
3. reset netflix password via netflix.com/loginHelp
4. check the mail box getnada.com and reset them
5. change email address to your own by live chat (help.netflix.com). they'll ask about
5.1 'created date' look at netflix.com/BillingActivity
5.2 'current plan' = premium
5.3 'all profiles name' netflix.com/profiles/manage
5.4 'recent device you logged on' netflix.com/AccountAccess
6. if you changed email address you should to add your phone no. and change the all profiles name
