Additional Information: The user told me in the first place that I would not have to pay shipping. He had other accounts that were way cheaper than this one and I only purchased the big account because he said if order is above $50 then its free shipping. I tried to get free shipping but it was either the rewards or the free shipping. I do not have a card so I can't pay shipping. I told the user can I pay him in bitcoin and he buys the shipping for me AFTER I found out that I have to pay after he lied to me to get his sale from me, and he said no and I have to make a paypal account. I told him that I was never informed that I would have to charge my card for shipping and he says "It's only $8, it's not too much just make a paypal" even though I told the user countless times that I do not have a card with $8 and I only have bitcoin. He basically assumed me responsible of his fault. Also, I opened a scam report on him on another forum, and he blocked me after he got banned.

I did this transaction a couple weeks ago with this user via an other forum and not trough c.to.
In that case my account got suspended. That is why I stared on c.to.

I see this report as more of a witch hunt than a real scam-report.
Since the user did use the working account that was provided by me which had enough points,
I do not feel obligated to refund this user.

Hey, no, you are stupid. This transaction was NOT via another forum. You simply advertised for it and I had messaged you, and I purchased an account. And I just found your advertisement on here.

Having a working account with enough points has NOTHING to do with this, it's all about the part where you accused it of being my fault that you told me me I wouldn't pay shipping! And I just found your thread on cracked, and it is still a scam, regardless. 
You literally got banned on there too after I filed a scam report, AND THE ADMIN CLEARLY SAID, "Hey, no YOU ARE NOT RIGHT!" No!! You aren't right at all! It's not my fault! I didn't know you had advertised on cracked until now, so that's why I am filing a scam report, because it's STILL a scam!!

and I registered on the 4th of May. Therefore c.to has nothing to do with our transaction.

Since you've already used the points on the account, my opinion is that the transaction is done and irreversible.

Dude didn't even have time to read the reason why I made this scam report. Once again, not my fault for this report. Darkness, if you really think that's a reasonable reason why I should fail this report, please re-read the scam report, because you misunderstood in that case. User was already banned on another forum for the same reason, by the way.

PS: The website he linked clearly says "Please note: We allow one discount code per order."
