I recommend using paraprime cfg for legit hacking 

If it's showing a grey menu make sure you have multicore rendering enable and change resolution

For it to work it is necessary to:
Set launch options -disable_d3d9ex

Edit: After injected the hack the menu still greyed out for me, I follow the change resolution and enable multiple core rendering.. it still the same.. even the launch option.. Everything is followed but still the menu is grey out.
Edit(2) So to fix the grey out menu I need to check the aspect ratio to 16:10 , well I'm not complaining but that fix one problem..the second PROBLEM is .. the game crash after in game for 1 minute.

It doesn't for me I played like 30 mins in deathmatch and 30 mins in community servers, try restarting your game that worked for me. 
Edit: Problem seems to be alt tabbing then going back in the game crashes for me so don't alt tab I guess
