Hi there!

Hows it going,
Really sorry for the slow response. I have been taking some time away from refunding, needed some space to breath.

I am still currently working on the SE which is paid for, I also have a vouch for the SE from another purchaser.
I have also confronted him saying the SE may not be possible at this current time as its been 2 weeks of waiting for a response from Dell.

He then asked for a refund, but stated in my TOS, which was on my thread and also on the discord server it clearly states - I DO NOT DO REFUNDS

He recently gave me a payment 200 for a personal mentorship with him, we have started. My responses haven't been as fast as I would like, as I'm taking care of personal matters.
I also, told him clearly I do not do refunds, however am more then happy to put that towards the full mentorship package which includes my eBook too. I got no response.

You can clearly see stated in my TOS:

  1.     • Refund Policy:
  2.      Keeping the comfort level of our customers we are mentioning the refund policy:
  3.     • All deals are final you are not allowed to cancel or get again that service you already paid for;
  4.     • And  you may not  buy back the previous services, or get back your credit of all purchased service;
  5.     • Likewise, in doing as such we keep up whatever authority is expected to disallow your continued with the play on the server/conversations and not empower further advantages for being incorporated or evacuated;
  6.     • We keep up all power to look for after any lawful or gathering movement essential to recover hurts if there should be an occurrence of an obliged charge-back.

As you can see in the image above, thats we're the conversation dies. He then does not go on to discuss possible further options, which would include a voucher of the payment he made towards anything in my store. Or in refund credit.

I have sent the full conversation of what happened since talking about refund, he did not check with me to see what his options are nor did he decide on options I gave him.
His SE is not stopped, it's actually still going. However, I am unsure of the SR %. I have been doing them for ages, hitting time frame of about 2-3 weeks. Now its much longer.

I also, have already succesfully done a SE for an alienware laptop for another customer, @Travers1.

Its not fair to have that in the TOS, if the SE never arrived then why should I have to be down 500$ and get a "refunding mentorship" which I never wanted or bought in the first place. You also promised me 3 weeks and 100% success rate. That's what I paid for.

Right, but this is a SE. These can change, I would show proof of where I told you this prior in my last server (banned/deleted) where i clearly stated saying approx, 3-4 weeks.
In my TOS, it states to read it clearly before using my service. I'm sorry, but you didn't read it before using my service, this is your responsibility.
