ok so basically yes yes, my suggestion is sexy to ez auto remove rats.

basically what ratters do is just Make .rar file with password, and upload vt of the .rar itself, now if the .rar has password, its encrypted, so virustotal cant access the executeable.
so just make threads Auto detect it using regex or whatever, if all conditions of the following match:

1. Has download link
2. Download link ends with .rar or _rar
3. Has "password" string in thread
4. Has VirusTotal link

But there is no point AT ALL to put a VirusTotal link if the .rar is PASSWORD protected cuz it will ALWAYS be 0 detections...
