Additional Information: First of all, i would not call him a total scammer. So, i found out about this guy from friend, he offered 25gb proxy's, for 5€, story short i bought from him, tested, everything was okey, good cpm everything. Bought again 25gb, checked for like 30mins before they died, litteraly died. I ask him wsup, what's the problem, he claims that his proxy's provider broke contract. And after 2days, some fucking ip deadline, he gives us shitass proxies and by shitass i mean it, proxyscrape free proxys are better than his, they 90% are all dead , they are so terrible. He said ''the proxies didnt work for my target!! oh no!!!'' And that guy is laughing at me when i asked him for refund. It's not right, if your provider broke contract AFTER i bought your proxies, and they aren't same quality, speed n shit, it's right thing to do refunding me. And thats not only me, u can ask on his discord, everyone is disappointed. That's it for now, i have all purchase receipts if needed.
